The worst experience I have ever had with any retail store over the phone! This is a Benjamin Moore store and we asked to have a sample made up of several lavender colors going from deeper to lighter. The lightest color we asked for was pink, not even close to lavender. We called and spoke to Kylie the supposed manager and she said the machine does not give true colors for small amounts of paint. So we said ok, we did not get the true color we asked for because your paint machine messed up. All we wanted to do was get a gallon but put up the $30 pint towards it. She said no and you get what you get. She said if we were not happy go somewhere else. I can see if we were pushy or trying to get the paint for free her being a jerk. All we really wanted was to put the $30 towards a gallon to see the real color!! We are going with Farrow & Ball instead
